I design end-to-end experiences that turn consumer interest into lasting engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
I’ve paired a Master’s in Industrial Design with UX, emerging AI tools, and global experience across startups and enterprises to build a toolkit that blends design depth with modern agility. I’m driven to translate ideas into design that’s clear, intuitive, and impactful.
Discovery is the stage that excites me—where curiosity, strategy, and creativity meet. My Industrial Design training taught me not to jump into solutions too fast. I resist the urge to start sketching before I’ve framed the problem clearly, felt the user’s perspective, and understood the business goals. That early pause is where the real opportunity lies: to discover what truly needs solving, not just repackage someone else’s idea. I approach these early moments with visual thinking and an open mind—translating insight into direction, and ambiguity into action.
I dive into research like a real user—not just a designer. At the discovery stage, I explore competitor products hands-on, looking for usability patterns, emotional cues, and experience gaps. This lean, immersive approach helps me spot opportunities early and build sharper, more human-centered designs without overcomplicating the process.
Visual thinking is one of my core strengths—it shapes how I design from the very beginning. I think in HiFi from the start, naturally shaping layout, color, typography, and components early in the process. I often integrate or build parts of a design system as I go. This lets me create prototypes that feel real, not just functional—making it easier for users to give meaningful feedback and for teams to test, align, and move faster.
Product impact is what excites me—when design drives real results. As a Senior Designer at Costco, I partnered with marketing to create homepage components that boosted sales and aligned with business goals. Implementing brand consistency within an evolving design system was a key part of my role as I worked on high-impact areas. As a Founding Designer at JobChat, I built the brand experience from scratch—defining its identity and tone. I bring branding, marketing, and UX strategy into every project—not as extras, but as integral parts of how I design for clarity, emotion, and measurable outcomes.
Design systems came naturally to me—growing out of my roots in visual design and a love for clarity at scale. At Costco, I contributed to a large-scale redesign of the website and mobile app, shaping new components for key areas like the home and category pages, beginning with identifying patterns and opportunities. Accessibility was a core part of my role, ensuring ADA compliance and supporting inclusive design practices that made the experience work for all users.
I enjoy learning the “languages” of different teams—it’s one of my favorite parts of product work. I picked up coding fundamentals to better collaborate with engineers, and I bring the same curiosity and respect to working with product, content, and marketing. I see collaboration as the ultimate process streamliner—aligning goals, accelerating execution, and improving outcomes.
Great design does more than function—it connects. I focus on bringing emotional clarity and character to consumer-facing products, helping users feel seen, guided, and delighted. Share your challenge below—let’s talk about what you’re building.
